But there IS hope.
The word “depression” is often wrongly used. We use the word to describe normal low moods that have identifiable causes. It is an insult to those who truly suffer this illness.
So what benchmarks describe clinical depression?
Any action that takes our mind off our depression is a good thing, especially on a bad day.
But exactly what?
Sometimes we forget that we can pray for healing for ourselves.
