Any action that takes our mind off our depression is a good thing, especially on a bad day.
But exactly what?
Sometimes we forget that we can pray for healing for ourselves.

Is what we belief a predictor of how we will manage our depression?
I believe it is. Our beliefs about God, life, the world determine our attitude. If we feel powerlessk, we won’t feel strong enough to overcome our depression.
