We can get so used to depression, it becomes a lifestyle, a habit. We don't know who we;'d be without it......
I am busy making the final touches on my new book. I have a number of setbacks because of an ongoing health issue plus major damage to our yard and the consequent follow up with various professional services. But I'm back on track and determined to get it done. Today's post is all about words. The section in the book has a great deal to say about the words we speak to ourselves and to others when depressed. Words matter. They matter a lot.
